Calgary is a modern city of almost 1,000,000 people and offers all the amenities that one could desire. The Rockies are within an hour's drive of the city. Calgary International Airport is serviced by all major airlines. We will be pleased to arrange hotel accommodations for your stay. "Must Be Nice" Drift Company's hotel of choice is The Holiday Inn Macleod Trail South.  The Holiday Inn is located in the south end of town close to the Stampede grounds and Chinook Shopping Center. If the Holiday Inn Macleod Trail South is not convenient for you we would book accommodations at the hotel of your choosing.

For further information, on the "Links" page click on "Where Calgary". There is very detailed content on entertainment, shopping, dining, accommodations and nightlife, just to mention a few.

Calgary is the financial, oil, agriculture and ranching capital of Alberta. The Calgary/Edmonton corridor has been reported to be the fastest growing area on the continent.

Recently the Deerfoot Trail extension was opened. This was the last leg of the Deerfoot Trail that links Highway #2 south to Deerfoot Trail, through the city and joining up with  Highway #2 north to Edmonton. The Deerfoot Trail is a ring road on the east side of the city. This extension runs south within a few minutes of the Policeman's access on the Bow River.
