| Below are written accounts of the fishing season from ice off in the spring to the first snow fall bringing the fly fishing season to an end. Historically, ice comes off the river sometime in April and the snow usually falls again in September or October. But this is Alberta and we could have snow in July! The experienced angler is prepared for any weather conditions. Come and experience the fabulous trout fishing here on the Bow River. |
